Here, I’m going to annoy you with some tenuously linked fanart I did for my fortnightly arts challenge group. Painted entirely with instant coffee and water.

I had meant to do a sort of loose, abstract watercolour effect but apparently I am physically incapable of letting go of details so that sort of… didn’t happen. But I think it came out alright.

Oh my good god. Is this an actual painting? It’s fucking GORGEOUS. Wow. The colours the shadows, the highlights, the fucking perfection of it all. Wow. This is just beautiful. Who painted it?! This artist must be praised!!

You guys are awesome, fyi. What I’m trying to find is a photo of a chick in jeans and a jumper crouching down, her back to the camera, but turned so you can see her face. I need her right Knee to be raised (her foot fully on the ground) and her right elbow resting on it. Her left arm needs to be angled back behind her body (and her face needs to be turning from the left as well, as that’s where the light source is coming from). I can’t even find parts of this to add to a whole, it’s ridic! However, I did just try to photograph my poor father in this position. The reason I cannot find it, is that actually it’s a very difficult pose to hold, haha.

But I’ll see what I can do. It wouldn’t usually be such a problem, but because the drawing needs to be hella life-like it’s worrying me. I don’t want my imagination to fill in and then have it look like a two year old drew it D: These are important people I need to impress, who knows where it could lead?!

Okay, reblogging this because, HOLY SHIT, LOOK AT THE LIKES/REBLOGS! I’m speechless. I’ve never had more than a hundred notes on any art of mine I’ve posted to Tumblr. So this is… I’m blown away. I draw because I enjoy the process; it brings me a great deal of contentment, and if the end result is something that other people like as well then it’s a wonderful bonus! So thank you. Fem!Tony, as the Iron Maiden. I wanted her to have kind of a ‘Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’ vibe so I gave her a mechanical dragon tattoo. I liked the idea that someone gave of a tramp stamp but I’d already drawn her shirt low- So imagine a tramp stamp mistake there if you so choose.
