Graphite pencil on paper. The third part of my Sherlock series! This can now be brought from my society 6 shop HERE.
Okay, reblogging this because, HOLY SHIT, LOOK AT THE LIKES/REBLOGS! I’m speechless. I’ve never had more than a hundred notes on any art of mine I’ve posted to Tumblr. So this is… I’m blown away. I draw because I enjoy the process; it brings me a great deal of contentment, and if the end result is something that other people like as well then it’s a wonderful bonus! So thank you. Thank you for all the overwhelmingly lovely things you’ve said, and, well, thank you for just being the bloody lovely fandom that I’ve always been proud to be a part of ♥
And hi new followers! :D I’m not sure how often art will be posted here, mostly it’s just fangirling about Sherlock and its awesome cast :D

A digitally enhanced version of my Benedict Cumberbatch drawing (here), prints of which can be brought from my Society6 shop (now with free shipping until Sunday!! Woo!)
I now have a Society6 shop! :D
On there you can find prints of my original artwork (such as this Electro-deer!) as well as my fine art drawings of Sherlock characters/actors. I’m slowly getting all my art up there :)
John Watson - Graphite on paper - 1.12
Am slowly working my way through drawing everyone in this show. Up next, Mycroft! (Or Anthea, heh.)
The Woman - Graphite and colour pencil on paper. A4. 1.12
(So. I may be a little in love with this character.)
Drawn for my dear Lysha!
(Shhh, I know it’s a little late, but it’s only just arrived in the post for Lysh. Couldn’t post it before she got it, could I, eh?!)
Benedict Cumberbatch - 12.11 - Graphite on paper.
I drew a Benedict! He took a while, man’s a beaut to look at, but damn his face! Also, I love and hate his hair.
Andrew Scott. Drawn last night, whilst I watched Sherlock on loop :D
10.11 - Graphite on Paper - 11” x 8”

I have spent the majority of this even drawing a picture of Benedict Cumberbatch (wonderful man that he is) and it looks good, there’s a definite likeness and the actual technique is great, but there is just something off about it. The proportions or something. I *think* his face is too long, his nose in particular. It’s winding me up something chronic. I know I’m going to have to come back to it tomorrow (always far easier to see where things have gone wrong) but ugh, I hate doing one piece of art in multiple sittings.
His hair and clothes are going to be watercoloured in later, fyi. This was only meant to be a quick sketch, dammit.
